GINEYDA DIAZ DESIGN

Past fashion design work. Fashion has always been a big part in my life. One of my earliest memories is the green ruffles on a dress my mother made for me. Here are some samples of my work including sketches and paintings.

In 2006 I created a wedding collection "with a twist" as my graduation project at Syracuse University. The inspiration for the collection came about during my study abroad in Italy when I saw a bride with the most beautiful red bouquet come out of a church. The sun had just started to set and the romance of it all was truly impressive. 

Other works pictured here are a paper dress, a custom veil with Swarovski crystal monogram, a costume for a recent Beacon Fairy Walk production, a prom dress, and some sketches.
